Children and parents in our Pre-Kindergarten to 6th grade, please come to school on Thursday, September 1 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.   Meet your teacher and see your classroom. We encourage your attendance.

2011 - 2012 NEW YEAR BEGINS

Staff preparing for the new year, were at New Hope when the earthquake was felt. The building did shake, but there is no damage. Joy reminded us that when the building was first built, it met the standards as a bomb shelter for local residents. We were grateful for such a solid and safe school building. All is well for your return to school.

A new telephone system has been installed. The first thing you hear is a recording offering several selections. We hope this will make it easier to contact staff at New Hope.

We need your forms for the new year now! We especially need the Emergency Form and the Pick Up Permission Form. These two forms are copied and placed in several locations. Thanks for returning these forms and helping us to take good care of your children.

Bottoms: Properly fitting plain blue denim jeans or navy blue twill pants, capris, skorts and Bermuda length shorts. No jeggings.

Tops: Official New Hope T-Shirts, sweatshirts, golf shirts, sweaters or polo/rugby shirts in designated color with logo. All shirts must be properly sized, not too large or too tight.

New Hope Academy will be home to a new group of basketball students. They are preparing for college basketball scholarships. They will attend New Hope for the academic training. Host families are needed from mid September to mid March, about 21 weeks. Please contact the office if you are interested.
